In November 2010 we held a Basic First aid course for our staff at RedHill Primary School. Another staff member and I sat the refresher course. Our instructors for the day were Andrew and Owen, and what a pleasure it was to have them train us. Not only were they very professional and experienced they were a lot of fun. Andrew and Owen came well prepared catering to the needs of our organisation. Not many people want to come into work on their day off, but the feedback from the staff was they thoroughly enjoyed the course because of the way it was delivered by the instructors. I first spoke to Tina Burt asking for quotes and relevant information for first aid courses, I had a number of queries, Tina was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
